What We Offer
We are providing a space and environment for the 60+ local groups and organization’s to meet, perform, socialise and learn.
The facility will also provide a space and environment which will allow new groups to form and participate.

We have broadband and Wi-Fi access available throughout the building that can be used by all.
Tea & Coffee
Kitchenette / Servery has the following equipment for the convenience of all:
Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Auto fill wall mounted water boiler.
Conference Rooms
All meeting rooms will have access to broadband and large display monitors for use by business, clubs and groups.
Accessibility First
The facility has an accessible lift and facilities available to all that wish to use them.
Car Parking
Parking for 85 vehicles including 4 mobility spaces, 2 bus parking spaces and bicycle parking.
Water Stations
There are two Hydration Stations to provide free chilled and ambient filtered drinking water for all at the facility.

Meeting Room
All meeting rooms will have access to broadband and large display monitors for use by business, clubs and groups.
Meeting Room 2 is 5.3m x 9.8m and will have a seating capacity of 40 – 50 people.
Executive Meeting Room
All meeting rooms will have access to broadband and large display monitors for use by business, clubs and groups.
Executive Meeting Room is 3.9m x 5.6m and will have a seating capacity of 6 – 16 people.
Multi-Purpose Room
The Multi-Purpose Room, is 12.6m x 12m and will have a seating capacity of 100 – 110 people.
It has a sprung floor which will be suitable for dance and exercise classes.
It also has a foldaway partition which divides the room into 2 rooms, each with separate access.
Parking Space
Parking for 85 vehicles including 4 mobility spaces and 2 bus parking spaces.
The parking spaces are surfaced and floodlit.
There is also bicycle parking.
Kitchenette Space
Kitchenette / Servery with access to The Indaver Room, has the following equipment for the convenience of all:
Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Auto fill wall mounted water boiler.
Changing Rooms
The facility will have four changing rooms, each 26-30m2.
The changing rooms will have shower facilities, and female friendly showers.
